1. Purchase Terms & Warranty

All new silent diesel generators supplied through our network come with standard manufacturer backed warranties (typically 2 Years or 5,000 running hours, whichever occurs first). Warranty claims are serviced directly by certified OEM service networks in Hyderabad.

2. Generator Rental Terms

• Duration & Billing: Monthly rental contracts run on standard 30-day billing cycles. Advance payment and security deposit apply as per machine kVA capacity.
• Fuel Supply: High-speed diesel (HSD) is to be provided by the client, unless an all-inclusive fuel-managed package is contracted in writing.
• Routine Maintenance: Periodic lube oil, filter replacements, and scheduled preventive checks are handled by our technical service crew.
• Standby Replacement: In the rare event of major mechanical downtime exceeding 8 hours, an immediate replacement set will be dispatched from our Balanagar or Patancheru depots.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any commercial agreement or transaction originating through this platform shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
